What parties do you have available?

How long do the parties last?

Approximatly between 1 hour 15 Minutes and 1 hour 45 Minutes depending on the amount of guests in attendance.


How do I book a party?

The easiest way to book your party is on line. First choose the party you require from the party selection page, once you click through to the relevant party page you will get details of what the party comprises of. You then need to decide if you want the party to be on Monday to Thursday where there is a substantial discount or Friday to Sunday, we find that Monday to Thursday parties are busy so book now to avoid disapointment.

You will see options that can be added to the party. Once this is completed - click the button to order your chosen party, you will see all items you have selected in the shopping basket at check out, the shopping basket will show you the cost of the party and allows you to remove items as required.

The final part is to click through to the checkout where you are required to fill out a form including address details and date you require the party to be held on, there is three fields for party dates allowing for if we are already booked on the preferred date, once your information is filled out using our secure server all you need to do is submit your order and we will respond to your order enquiry within 24 hours after checking date availability.

Payment for your party can be made when we come back to you regards the date availability which will qualify you for a discount. If you prefer you can make staggered payments which can be seen on our Payment Options Page. Parties must me paid in full within 14 days of the party date. Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my party order

Yes we require a non refundable deposit of 35% of the party price to secure your party. See our Payment Options Page


Can I secure a date with out a deposit?

No unfortunately you can not, the date is only secure when you have paid the deposit. See our Payment Options Page

Do I need to hire a hall to host a party?

No you do not need to hire a venue, some people do prefer to do this but it is not a necessity, our Parties tend to work a lot better in the home and we are able to accommodate all size's of homes.


Are you able to supply a party venue?

Unfortunetly we are unable to provide a venue.


Do I need to provide anything?

Yes you need to provide a venue i.e. house, flat, hall, Garden (If you choose to have your party in the garden a shelter from the Sun / Rain is required. A table is required, either a kitchen or dining table is ideal for this purpose but a coffee table will not be large enough to set the party items on, 2 Chairs, Hob Microwave to heat Fondue Chocolate, access to tap water, 4 Cereal Size Bowls, 1 spoon, 2 plug sockets for our Karaoke, Music and Fondue. If Kareoke is a feature of the party then we will need you to provide a Television that accomadate's 2 Phono Sockets which are normally white red or yellow connectors for our karaoke to work.

You will be emailed a party consent form copy, your party host will need a signed parent consent form for each child on the day of the party before the party commences and is for the parent/carer to give us permission for their child to take part in the party, it is imperative that there is a signed form for each child - unfortunately because of our insurance terms if we do not have a signed form for a child at the party we will be unable to include the particular child in the party activities. In this case we are unable to give any Refund.


How long do you need for setting up and packing away the party?

We need around 45 - 60 minutes to set up and 10 minutes to pack away. We try to pack away as much as we can throughout the party.


Will there be time for a Refreshments etc?

Food is served at the end of the party.


What is the minimum/maximum number of children for a party?

The Minimum number for the parties are 3 – Maximum is 8, if you wish to have more children, the cost is £15 for every extra child up to 12 children maximum.

If I need to cancel my party, how do I do this?

If you need to cancel your party, you will need to contact us giving us at least 14 days notice.


Do you have real life Princesses Available?

No this is not a service we cover at this moment in time.
